TOKYO Return & Replacement Policy

At TOKYO, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

❌ We do not offer refunds on any products once an order has been placed and dispatched.

All sales are considered final.

✅ Returns are only accepted if the product received is:

• Faulty
• Defective
• Damaged during delivery

Customers must notify us within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return or replacement:

✔ The product must be unused and in its original condition.

✔ The product must be returned with its original packaging and accessories.

✔ Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) must be provided.

❌ Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, improper installation, electrical damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

🔄 Once the returned item is inspected and approved by our team, we will provide a replacement of the same product or as a payment
